Position Details

1. Site survey and drawing in the early stage;

2. Assist the team in completing the preliminary scheme design;

3. Cooperate with the team in completing the detailed 

design of the project's construction drawings;

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in interior design, environmental design or related fields;

2. Strong visual coordination ability, proficient in operating professional software 

such as AutoCAD, 3DMAX, Sketchup, Photoshop;

3. At least one year of interior design experience, 

with experience in public building design preferred;

4. Love design work, strong learning ability, innovative spirit;

5. Strong execution ability, good at communication, and team spirit;

职位详情

1、室内设计/环境设计/视觉传达等相关专业大专及以上学历优先或有设计公司工作经验；

2、熟练掌握如Photoshop/AI等专业软件，以及熟练掌握如剪映等视频剪辑软件；

3、熟悉现场拍摄，并且能对拍摄视频进行后期剪辑制作；

4、熟悉微信、微博、抖音、小红书等新媒体平台特点，擅长新媒体软件的后台操作和管理；

5、对互联网话题及社会议题的设置有一定的把握能力，时事洞察力强；

6、具有出色的理解、表达、沟通、组织、协调能力、项目管理能力及良好的职业素养、

服务意识和团队精神，对新媒体环境富有热情及敏锐度；

"Seeking Assistant Designer 

Position Details

1. Responsible for the promotion and release on 

WeChat official account, Xiaohongshu and Douyin;

2. Responsible for the conception, 

shooting and editing of promotional content materials 

(company provides equipment);

3. Able to personally execute and continuously optimize the 

writing of WeChat promotional soft articles, 

continuously improving the reading volume and conversion effect;

4. Increase the activity of fans, design sections to

 guide fans' interaction, guide users to actively reach the account;

5. Track the operation effect, analyze data and summarize experience, 

establish effective operation methods to enhance user activity, 

continuously improve the commercial operation value of the WeChat

 official account through continuous optimization of operation strategies.

Position Requirements

1. Relevant majors such as interior design, environmental design, 

visual communication, etc., with a college degree or above, 

or have experience in design companies;

2. Proficient in professional software such as Photoshop/AI, 

and proficient in video editing software such as Jingming;

3. Familiar with on-site shooting and able to conduct 

post-production editing and production of shooting videos;

4. Familiar with the characteristics of new media platforms such as WeChat,

 Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc., proficient in the background

 operation and management of new media software;

5. Have a certain grasp of setting Internet topics and social issues, 

strong sense of current affairs insight;

6. Have excellent understanding, expression, 

communication, organization, coordination skills,

 project management skills, good professional ethics, 

service awareness and team spirit, passionate and sensitive to the new media environment;

7. Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, passionate and innovative,

 viewing difficulties as challenges rather than bottlenecks.
