You will work closely with leadership to frame the right questions, inform critical decisions, and drive priority initiatives from insight to impact.

1. 提炼并界定关键战略问题，明确分析框架与判断标准
2. 对核心决策进行验证与推演（pressure-test），识别风险、假设与关键变量，提供可执行建议
3. 推动重点项目从洞察到落地：制定计划、跟进进度、协调资源，确保结果交付
任职要求：

Analytical rigor: Strong structured thinking, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and strategic judgment.
Ownership & learning: Self-driven, fast-learning, able to distill signal from noise.
Execution and communi : Proven ability to manage projects, drive cross-team alignment and communicate effectively at executive level.
