岗位职责:
Formulate and review HR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide support for (take lead and coordinate) various compliance projects and audit exercises to guarantee the organization's HR practices meet all legal and regulatory standards.
Lead the development and revision employment policies and procedures, compliance trainings, supporting resources, etc. in alignment with local legislation, regional business needs and global strategies.
Stay current with developments in HR-related laws and regulations and make certain that the organization's policies remain up-to-date and compliant. (Remain informed on local policy, trends and updates to legislation, recognizing the impact to current policies and procedures, and taking the appropriate partners to remain compliant and/or get ahead of any trends in legislation.)
Review, communicate and action opportunities identified from compliance reporting, monitoring and assessments, including follow-up action to drive accountability around the completion of mandatory compliance trainings and acknowledgements.
Respond to employment policy and compliance inquiries and consult on escalated policy and compliance related employee relations matters.
Work Location: China-Shenzhen | Hong Kong
岗位要求:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline;
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employment compliance and policy development (across multiple countries/navigating entry into new countries.), Regional human resources business partner experience is a plus;
Strong analytical and organizational skills and abilities, detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
Project management skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
