腾讯(tencent)招聘腾讯投资-Private Market Investment Senior Analyst/Associate-Fintech

岗位职责：
1. Conduct research and analysis on the product innovation, market structure, industry trends, and competition dynamics of global fintech market.
2. Source potential investment opportunities and build sourcing networks as needed.
3. Screen and evaluate various FinTech investment opportunities, including but not limited to payment, neobanks, lending, fintech SaaS, neobroker, etc., conduct investment analysis and due diligence on projects.
4. Communicate and negotiate with target companies, participate in investment negotiations and transactions, and participate in post-investment management and supervision.
5. Regularly write investment reports and industry analysis reports, providing investment advice and decision-making support to directors / managing directors.
岗位要求：
1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment bank, private equity, venture capital or a related analytical role.
2. A self-starter with a strong work ethic, intellectual honesty, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
3. With overseas living experience (from study or work), exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, excelling at distilling complex topics into clear and succinct investment perspectives.
4. Candidates with TMT industry experience are preferred.
