Job Responsibilities
1.Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects.
2.Review project status and game design at the studio's accepted checkpoint, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs.
3.If studio/Project needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization features.
4.Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to studio needs.
5.Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary
6.Travel to EU or other places fro studio visit or onsite work if necessary.
Work Location: China-Shenzhen
岗位要求：
1. 3+ years of game development experience as a game designer.
2. Experience with GAAS system design.
3. Advanced or Fluent English-speaking skills.
4. Solid understanding of PC or Console game development and game market
5. Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organization skills.
6. Passion to craft meaningful, engaging interactive experiences.
7. Experience with Shooter games is a plus.
8. Experience with SOC games is a plus.
9. Console and PC game development experience is a good plus.
