岗位职责：
As a Senior Solution Architect at Tencent Cloud Thailand, you will drive the adoption and success of Tencent Cloud services in the region. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic thinking, working closely with clients and partners to deliver tailored cloud solutions. You will also help shape Tencent Cloud’s product offerings and go-to-market strategies, making a strong impact on Thailand’s business landscape.
Please note: the role will initially be based at Shenzhen headquarters, with permanent relocation to Thailand required once the local entity is established in H1 2026.
Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery of Tencent Cloud solutions in the assigned markets and beyond.
2.Understand clients’ needs to develop and implement industrial solutions and relevant cloud product offerings.
3.Provide industry and product technical consulting, solution training, and empowerment for the Thailand business.
4.Continuously update industrial and product solutions, and work with marketing and business development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
5.Create and present solution architecture designs to C-level and senior leaders.
6.Develop and test demos of Tencent Cloud services as needed.
7.Analyze user requirements and collaborate with the product team to drive product strategy to meet business demands.
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud pre-sales and solution architecture, with hands-on experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
3.In-depth knowledge of public cloud and containerization; familiarity with private cloud and other virtualization platforms is a plus.
4.General knowledge in Video Streaming, Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.
5.Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin. Proficiency in Thai would be a plus.
6.Experience in A/B testing, HTTP application and network performance analysis, and technical report writing.
7.Awareness of cloud compute cost models, network topology, platform services, and common storage option.
8.Awareness of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other cloud providers.
9.Overall technical savvy with demonstrated ability in work in a small team setting, owning complex technical projects with international scope.
10.Experience managing and collaborating on long-term implementation projects, with documented results.
11.Lateral and logical troubleshooting, follow-through and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills.
加分项：
Tencent Cloud Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications from other major cloud service providers.
TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
