腾讯(tencent)招聘Fund Investment Senior Associate (Beijing)

岗位职责：
1.Tencent Funds Investment Team is focused on helping develop a well-rounded skill set that includes:.
-a strong quantitative and analytical base, especially in the healthcare investment field.
-Critical thinking and investment judgment.
-leadership and communications skills within a dynamic team setting.
2.Leverage proprietary and third - party data sources to conduct in-depth market analysis and investment research on VC, PE, and other alternative assets.
3.Conduct due diligence, track record analysis, investment analysis report to support fund investment decisions.
4.Take the lead in relationship management with worldwide leading GPs on behalf of senior members. Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships, and effectively communicate investment expectations and requirements.
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from world leading universities.
2.8 years of relevant experience in fund investment in a leading firm, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in healthcare investment.
3.Excellent research, analysis, financial modeling and valuation skills, due diligence experience is preferred.
4.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow - through.
5.Strong written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
6.Demonstrates ownership of tasks and team player.
7.A high degree of professionalism and work integrity and positive attitude.
