岗位职责：
1、Insight, analysis, find out the pain points of riders, and work closely with the collaborative team to promote the problem to solve the problem from the source and reduce the occurrence of the problem
2、Develop and implement a rider culture development strategy to enhance rider team loyalty
3、Coordinate the large-scale event project collection, and the content is not limited to: plan formulation, resource coordination, implementation, and implementation. It is necessary to be able to undertake more complex core event projects, comprehensive review and responsible for qualitative quantitative indicators and actual results
4、Lead the team to build rider culture and experience projects

1、Able to collaborate or integrate internal and external resources, and have a team spirit
2、Have strong problem solving and adaptability
3、Good logical thinking ability and data sensitivity, priority is given to project management experience
