岗位职责：
1. Lead the planning and execution of merchant growth strategies to drive continuous supply improvement and goal achievement.
负责商家增长策略的规划与落地，驱动供给持续提升和目标达成。

2. Oversee category operations and subsidy resource allocation to efficiently achieve business targets.
主导品类运营与补贴资源分配，实现业务目标的高效达成。

3. Build data monitoring and diagnostic capabilities to drive strategy iteration through insights.
建立数据监控与诊断能力，通过洞察推动策略迭代。

4. Develop a tiered merchant operation system and design differentiated growth solutions.
搭建商家分层运营体系，制定差异化增长方案。

5. Proactively identify merchant segmentation issues and establish corresponding solutions to enhance business capabilities.
主动识别商家分层问题，建立对应的解决方案，推动业务能力持续进化。
任职要求：
1. Experience in e-commerce or local life platform operations, with familiarity in end-to-end merchant operations.
具备电商或本地生活平台运营经验，熟悉商家运营全流程。

2. Data-driven mindset with strong independent analysis and strategic judgment skills.
对数据敏感，具备独立分析与策略判断能力。

3. Deep understanding of platform business logic and systematic knowledge of merchant operations.

4. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project execution capabilities.

5. Prior experience in subsidy strategy and budget management is a plus.
