1. Managing recruitment funnels, from lead generation to onboarding readiness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Developing A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages to maximise ROI.
3. Providing data-driven insights to stakeholders on market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment bottlenecks.
任职要求：
1. 3+ years of experience in growth operations, preferably in the gig economy or logistics.
2. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools to derive actionable insights.
3. Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
4. A creative mindset for problem-solving and adapting strategies to dynamic markets.
5. Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
