岗位职责:
1、政策研究与方案设计:深入研究中国及全球主要国家和地区的个人所得税政策、双边税收协定、跨境派遣税务法规,结合企业跨境派遣业务需求,制定合规且优化的个税筹划方案,降低企业和员工税务成本与风险。
Policy Research and Program Design: In-depth research on individual income tax policies, bilateral tax agreements, and domestic tax regulations in China and major countries and regions around the world, combined with the needs of business, formulate compliant and optimized individual income tax planning plans to reduce corporate and employee tax costs and risks.
2、外派员工全流程税务管理:负责跨境派遣员工个税全流程运营管理,涵盖薪酬计税、协助纳税申报、税款缴纳、汇算清缴等工作;准确计算派遣员工在境内外的应纳税所得额,确保税务处理符合各地法规要求。
End-to-end process tax management for expatriates: Responsible for the end-to-end process operation and management of individual income tax for international employees, covering salary tax calculation, assistance in tax declaration, tax payment, final settlement and other work; accurately calculate the taxable income of international assignees at home and abroad, and ensure that tax treatment complies with local regulations.
3、个税流程优化:与payroll、财务、税务等职能部门/团队合作,梳理并优化跨境派遣个税运营流程,提高工作效率和准确性。
Individual income tax process optimization: Cooperate with functional departments/teams such as payroll, finance, and taxation to sort out and optimize the international assignment individual income tax operation process to improve work efficiency and accuracy.
4、提供税务建议:结合市场实践及当地法律要求,针对跨境工作(包括差旅、派遣、转签等)场景下的福利设计与实施提供税务建议,提升福利有效性。
5、数据分析与报告:收集、整理跨境派遣个税数据,进行深入分析,为管理层决策提供数据支持;定期编制跨境个税管理报告,汇报税务工作进展和风险状况。
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end process tax management: Responsible for the end-to-end process operation and management of individual income tax for cross-border international employees, covering salary tax calculation, assistance in tax declaration, tax payment, final settlement and other work; accurately calculate the taxable income of dispatched employees at home and abroad, and ensure that tax treatment complies with local regulations.
Provide tax advice: Combined with best market practices and local legal requirements, provide tax advice for the design and implementation of benefits in cross-border work (including travel, dispatch, transfer, etc.) scenarios to improve the effectiveness of benefits.
Data analysis and reporting: Collect and organize international assignment individual income tax data, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide data support for management decision-making; regularly prepare cross-border individual income tax management reports to report on tax work progress and risk status.
任职要求:
1、会计、税务、法律或相关专业本科学历以上,有CPA或者CTA证书优先
2、至少 8 年处理跨境派遣相关的专业税务经验
3、熟悉全球主要国家/地区的税务、社会保障法规
4、具备较强的组织、协调和项目管理能力
5、英语和普通话流利
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in accounting, taxation, law or related majors, with CPA or CTA certificate preferred
At least 8 years of professional tax experience in handling international assignment
Familiar with tax and social security laws and regulations in major countries/regions around the world
Strong organization, coordination and project management capabilities
Fluent in English and Mandarin
