ITO Project Manager
Frankfurt am Main

Responsibilities：
Oversee the daily management of data center team leaders and engineers across multiple locations
Coordinate with local clients regarding security requirements, recruitment needs, attendance management, and technical issues
Monitor and evaluate SLA performance across all ITO projects
Assess team performance, work discipline, and compliance with defined KPI standards
Manage attendance consolidation, leave management, shift scheduling, and monthly operational reporting
Lead recruitment activities, which will be a primary responsibility during the initial project phase

Requirements：
Strong communication skills with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism; able to work effectively under pressure
Proficient in English or German and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Willingness to travel as required by the project
Experience in project coordination, team management, or IT support is a strong advantage
