岗位职责:
- Develop and maintain analyses to support commercial strategy, sales planning and go-to-market decisions.
- Construct competitive analyses to identify market opportunities, gaps and potential strategic moves.
- Build portfolio segmentation and brand/merchant pool analyses to support prioritization and resource allocation.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and action plans for commercial leadership.
- Support sales efficiency initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks, productivity gaps and automation opportunities.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Merchant Operations, Strategy, Product and BA teams to improve commercial performance.
- Design dashboards, reports and recurring business reviews to track key commercial KPIs.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, improve decision-making and enhance team productivity.
- Structure ambiguous business problems and independently drive analyses from problem definition to final recommendation.
任职要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and ability to work with complex business problems.
- High comfort with numbers, data analysis and performance metrics.
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows, automations or analytical tools.
- Experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Revenue Ops, Business Ops or Consulting.
- Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Hands-on profile, with willingness to build analyses, dashboards, workflows and operational solutions.
- High level of autonomy, ownership and ability to operate with limited guidance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through structured thinking.
- Able to operate and be motivated in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent English.
