腾讯招聘Senior Legal Counsel-Payments

岗位职责：
1.Provide specialist payments legal advice and subject matter resources required to support the business.
2.Advise on compliance across all aspects of Singapore/Hong Kong/international payments laws and regulations, including license requirements.
3.Manage outside counsel for all payments projects.
4.Handle regulatory requests and manage working relationship with financial regulator(s).
5.Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and commercial documentations.
6.Keep the business teams and internal stakeholders abreast of all new relevant laws and regulations that may have implications for the Company.
岗位要求：
1.Common law qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE.
2.Experience in dealing with issues relating to FinTech and payment matters (including payment license applications in Singapore, Hong Kong or otherwise) required .
3.Experience dealing with MAS, HKMA or other relevant regulators/authorities required.
4.Interest in FinTech and Internet industry.
5.Team player and can handle projects independently.
6.Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
7.Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently.
8.Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
9.Fluency in spoken and written English and proficient command of Chinese, in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters.
