Content Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy and editorial roadmap. Define key themes and narratives that align with global communications and public affairs goals.
Narrative Development & Writing: Serve as the lead writer and editor for high-impact global content, including thought leadership articles, executive talking points, statements, digital stories, video scripts, white papers, and corporate messaging.
Audience-Centric Storytelling: Identify and analyze key audiences (policymakers, media, business partners, tech community) to ensure content is targeted, relevant, and resonant.
Data-Informed Approach: Use analytics to measure impact, inform strategy, and optimize performance. Leverage insights to drive future content decisions.
Distribution & Amplification: Manage the corporate editorial calendar and leverage Tencent's own platforms for impactful storytelling. Pitch and secure earned and shared media opportunities to amplify our reach.
Editorial Governance: Define and champion Tencent’s global editorial voice, tone, and style guide to ensure consistency and quality across all external-facing content.

岗位要求:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
8 years of experience in content strategy, corporate communications, executive communications, media relations, journalism, or a related field.
Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional creative writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
A portfolio of work demonstrating high-quality, impactful content deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience at a multinational corporation, media, or a leading communications agency.
Direct experience in technology, games, or social media industries.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures.
Hands-on experience with AI applications, digital marketing campaigns, and content analytics tools.
Familiarity with graphic design or video production processes.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
