岗位职责：
1. Conducting researches in local rider commuties around riders' experince.2. Design and build localized rider service system and strategies to enhance rider experience.3. Collabrate with product team on build product features to optimize piplines of delivery.4. Develop feedback channels and collect rider feedback to optimize strategies and products.
任职要求：
1. Strong team management and communication skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members while fostering cross-team collaboration.2. Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience. Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs.3. Both fluent in English and Portuguese.
