岗位职责：
1. 制定并执行企业客户开拓策略，覆盖中大型企业、跨国公司、金融机构等目标客群，为企业服务业务的经营健康和利润负责。
2. 主导关键客户谈判，签订企业合作协议；识别并把握市场机会，建立可持续的企业客户管道。
3. 负责企业账户的全生命周期管理，深入理解企业客户需求，协调内部资源提供定制化解决方案。
4. 与产品、运营、市场团队紧密合作，推动企业专属功能和服务落地。
5. 运用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT/Copilot/内部 AI 平台）提升日常工作效率，推动团队 AI 工具的落地应用。
1. Define and execute enterprise client acquisition strategies targeting mid-to-large corporates, multinational companies, and financial institutions; accountable for the health and profitability of the corporate business.
2. Lead key account negotiations and close corporate partnership agreements; identify market opportunities and build a sustainable enterprise client pipeline.
3. Manage the full lifecycle of corporate accounts; develop a deep understanding of enterprise client needs and coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to drive the development and launch of enterprise-specific features and services.
5. Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT/Copilot/internal AI platforms) to enhance daily work efficiency and promote the implementation of AI tools within the team,
任职要求：
1. 6年以上to B业务、企业销售或企业客户管理经验，其中包含2年以上管理经验。
2. 有成熟的香港企业客户资源网络，熟悉本地商业生态，了解香港市场。
3. 出色的谈判能力和客户关系管理能力。
4. 粤语、英语流利，普通话良好。
5. 对 AI 技术有好奇心，能主动探索新工具并推动团队应用。
1. 6+ years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or corporate account management, including 2+ years in a management role.
2. Established network of corporate clients in Hong Kong with strong knowledge of the local business landscape.
3. Excellent negotiation skills and client relationship management capabilities.
4. Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
5. Have a curiosity for AI technology, actively explore new tools and drive team adoption
