岗位职责:
主要职责
全面负责小红书海外国际化业务线的功能、性能、兼容性等全流程质量保障工作。
主导测试策略与方案的制定,并负责相关测试工具、框架及自动化脚本的开发与维护,以提升测试效率;对缺陷进行根因分析并推动彻底解决。
作为产品、开发团队的关键技术伙伴,全程参与需求评审与技术设计,提供测试视角的专业输入,并协同解决开发与测试过程中的各类技术难题。
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the quality assurance lifecycle for international products, including functional, performance, compatibility, and usability testing.
Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies, while developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive them to resolution.
Act as a key technical partner to product and development teams, providing expert QA input during requirement reviews and technical design discussions. Collaborate proactively to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

拥有计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的学士及以上学位。
具备3至5年扎实的软件测试或测试开发经验。拥有移动应用(App)、智能体(Agent)或国际化产品测试经验者优先。
精通至少一门主流编程语言(如Java、Python、Go等)。熟练掌握UI自动化测试(如Appium, Espresso)、性能测试及常用测试框架与工具。
具备出色的逻辑分析、问题分解与解决能力,能在快节奏、高压力的环境中保持高效产出。
拥有优秀的沟通与团队协作精神,能够以开放、积极的心态接受反馈并提供建设性意见,推动团队共同成长。
能够在英文工作环境中进行有效沟通(书面及口语),与全球团队顺畅协作。
优先新加坡公民/PR。
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in software testing or test automation. Prior experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android), Agent technologies, or testing for international/localized products is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go). Hands-on experience with UI automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) and performance testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Able to give and receive constructive feedback effectively to foster team growth.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal) in a professional, multicultural work setting.
Priority given to Singapore citizens and PRs.
