岗位职责:
1.Support the strategy and implementation of a comprehensive safety framework for Keeta Safety operations, covering risk prevention, incident response, and post-event review
2.Localize and deploy core safety technologies, including real-time risk alerts, rider biometric authentication, and route risk evaluation
3.Work closely with product and operations teams to embed safety standards into platform processes, tools, and training
4.Leverage hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLM-assisted triage, automated classification) to drive adoption and improve decision consistency while reducing manual processing time across safety workflows.
任职要求:
1.Consistent risk control experience with multinational companies, including successful cases of building security systems from the ground up in emerging markets
2.Technical insights: deep application of LBS risk control, AI prediction, biometric recognition, and other technologies to address complex security challenges; hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools to operational safety workflows is a strong plus
3.Demonstrated ability to design, document, and implement operational SOPs — translating complex safety scenarios into structured, repeatable processes
4.Design and maintain a rider-facing safety toolkit within the app
5.Develop a real-time safety monitoring system for delivery partners in high-risk zones, leveraging Location-Based Services and historical incident data
