岗位职责:
1. Act as the country product business partner role in the product team, deeply involved in the entire process of product requirement management, launch introduction, benefits review, and feedback improvement. Provide product solution services to business teams in different countries to support business success.
2. Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues for the business teams through market research, user research, metric construction, and user feedback mechanism development. Drive closed-loop improvements between the product and business teams to enhance user experience.
3. Facilitate effective cross-national (and cross-time zone) communication and collaboration, establish and maintain long-term trusted relationships, and develop appropriate collaboration mechanisms.
4. Actively explore the use of AI tools (such as data analysis, interview summary analysis, market information aggregation, etc.) to enhance insight efficiency and form structured product requirement inputs.
1. 作为境外业务产品团队国家BP角色,深度参与产品需求管理、上线导入、收益复盘、反馈改善等全过程,面向不同国家业务团队提供产品解决方案服务,助力业务成功;
2. 通过市场调研、用户调研、指标体系搭建、用户反馈机制建设等方式、主动积极发现所面向的业务团队潜在的机会和问题、推动产品和业务团队闭环改善,提升用户体验;
3. 有效的跨国(跨时区)的沟通合作,建立和保持长期的可信任关系,建立匹配的协作机制和流程;
4.积极探索利用AI工具(如数据分析、访谈纪要分析、市场信息聚合等)提升洞察效率,形成结构化的产品需求输入。
任职要求:
1. Experience in project management, product management, product operations, or business operations in an internet company or large multinational corporation, with deep knowledge and insight in the professional field.
2. Strong communication skills in cross-functional teams and cross-cultural environments, with excellent English proficiency.
3. Willingness to base Middle East region and accept international travel at certain frequencies.
4. Accept base long-term work arrangement in the Middle East and frequent cross-border business trips to the Middle East.
1. 具备互联网公司或大型跨国企业项目管理、产品经理、产品运营或者业务运营经验,在专业领域具有深度认知和洞察;
2. 具备较强的跨职能团队/跨文化背景的沟通能力,具备出色的英语听说读写能力,英语可作为工作语言;
3.了解大模型工作原理,深度应用过AI Agent能力,借助AI工具进行过数据分析、文档撰写、运营配置等工作;
4. 接受base中东地区长期工作安排及一定频次的中东地区跨国出差。
