岗位职责：
Highly experienced and judgment-driven professional to join our Incident Safety Operations team as a Specialist (Tier 3). This is a senior-level, on-site position that plays a key role in managing high-impact and sensitive safety cases, providing decision oversight, and supporting operational governance.
As a Specialist, will act as a technical and procedural reference for the team, lead critical incident assessments, and work cross-functionally to improve the quality, speed, and consistency of real-time decisions across safety operations.
任职要求：
Solid background in safety operations, trust & safety, legal risk, or incident management
Strong decision-making skills with high attention to risk impact and procedural consistency
Excellent written communication and stakeholder alignment abilities
Ability to operate under pressure, especially in sensitive or reputational-risk scenarios
Experience mentoring or technically guiding operational teams
岗位亮点：
Own the resolution of the most sensitive or complex incident cases across key business areas
Validate escalations and ensure decisions follow legal, operational, and ethical guidelines
Serve as a point of contact for shift coordinators and leadership on sensitive-level scenarios
Provide coaching and feedback to specialists and analysts on case accuracy and policy alignment
Support continuous improvement of SOPs and risk-handling frameworks
Contribute to operational audits and data reviews alongside Quality and Governance teams
Act as a subject-matter expert in risk classification, escalation flow, and incident policy application
