岗位职责:
1、商品基盘管理:根据业务的当前发展阶段和未来增长目标,制定和管理核心商品策略。
品类商业规划:对指定品类进行商业规划和市场分析,识别市场趋势与消费需求,制定并实施品类商品结构提升策略;
商品生命周期管理:明确上新汰旧策略,建立并运营商品全生命周期管理标准化流程;
2、流程优化及效率提升:牵头商品相关领域的基础信息建设及产品系统迭代,确保经营链路有更高的组织效能和决策质量,提升资源转化效率;
3、项目管理与效能提升:主导跨部门协作,全程监控项目进展,复盘总结活动成效,推动策略、产品和业务流程的持续改进
Merchandise Foundation Strategy: Define and manage the core merchandise strategy in alignment with the business's current development phase and future growth targets.
Category Assortment Management - Line Review: Conduct comprehensive Line Reviews for designated categories, including commercial planning and market analysis. Identify market trends and consumer demand shifts to formulate and execute strategies that elevate the category's merchandise structure.
Product Lifecycle Management: Establish and operate standardized processes for new product introduction and product elimination , ensuring rigorous management across the entire merchandise lifecycle.
Operational Efficiency & System Optimization: Lead the fundamental information infrastructure build-out and product system iteration for merchandise-related domains. This is critical to maximizing organizational efficiency, enhancing decision quality, and improving resource conversion rates within the operating chain.
Project Leadership & Impact: Serve as the principal driver for cross-departmental collaboration, managing project progress end-to-end. Conduct thorough post-mortem reviews to summarize activity results and champion the continuous improvement of strategy, product, and business processes.
任职要求:
1、工作经验:具备5年及以上电商、零售或品牌商品运营经验,具备品类规划能力,熟悉生鲜、快消等行业特性及用户需求,有海外(中东地区)运营经验者优先;
2、数据分析与策略:出色的数据分析能力,熟练使用BA工具,能独立完成经营分析及策略制定,能结合数据优化商品结构,提升转化率;
3、战略思维与落地:具备体系化思维,能制定长期品类策略;同时具备优秀的跨部门协调能力,能高效整合资源,推动复杂项目落地,对经营结果负责;
4、逻辑与沉淀:逻辑清晰,具备方法论沉淀能力,擅长复盘总结并输出标准化文档。
5、有海外市场商品开发或跨境零售经验者优先;英语可作为工作语言者优先。
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, retail, or brand merchandise operations. Proven category planning capabilities are a must. Familiarity with the characteristics and user demands of industries like fresh produce and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is required. Overseas operational experience (especially in the Middle East) is a strong advantage.
Data & Strategy: Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency with Business Analytics (BA) tools. Ability to independently conduct operational analysis, formulate strategic plans, and leverage data insights to optimize merchandise structure and boost conversion rates.
Systemic Thinking & Execution: Possess systemic thinking to develop and drive the execution of long-term category strategies, with ultimate ownership of business results.
Coordination & Drive: Outstanding cross-functional coordination skills to efficiently integrate resources and successfully drive complex projects to completion.
Logic & Methodology: Clear and sharp logic, with the ability to codify methodology. Highly adept at project review (post-mortem), summarization, and generating standardized documentation.
