岗位职责：
1. Responsible for formulating and executing logistics operational strategies to ensure efficient, secure and punctual logistics operations;
2. Manage and guide team members to ensure effective team functioning and achievement of performance targets;
3. Oversee daily warehouse management, including inventory control, capacity management and operational quality assurance;
4. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations;
5. Analyse and optimise logistics operational processes to enhance efficiency and work quality;
6. Oversee warehouse and transportation cost management, establishing mechanisms to improve logistics operational efficiency;
7. Manage team development, talent pipeline construction, and the selection, development, retention, and removal of personnel.
任职要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，物流、管理等相关专业优先；
2.五年以上物流运营经验，有丰富的运输管理经验；
3.具备较强的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力；
4.熟悉物流运输相关法规和流程，具备解决问题的能力；
5.具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力
