1. Identify and manage logistics partners (third-party delivery companies) to expand operational capacity according to demand.
2. Guide partners on company processes and standards, ensuring basic compliance.
3. Maintain commercial relationships with partners across different regions.
4. Ensure partners meet minimum operational and legal requirements.
5. Propose system and process optimizations in collaboration with internal teams.
6. Monitor partner performance and recommend adjustments when necessary.
任职要求：
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: Knowledge in logistics, distribution, or third-party management.
3. Skills:
Strong communication skills for partner interactions.
Problem-solving ability for practical challenges.
Basic understanding of performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the delivery or transportation sector.
Basic English proficiency.
