岗位职责：
1. 主导后台产品优化项目，提升沙特地区CRM的运营效率与系统可扩展性。
2. 分析系统瓶颈，协同产研团队设计并实施流程改进方案。
3. 建立数据驱动的评估体系，持续优化商家及供应链运营效能。
4. 推动自动化工具落地，减少人工操作环节，提升整体组织效率。
5. 跨部门协作，确保后台功能迭代与业务目标及用户需求对齐。

1. Led the backend product optimization project to enhance operational efficiency and system scalability of the CRM in Saudi Arabia.
2. Analyzed system bottlenecks and collaborated with product and engineering teams to design and implement process improvement solutions.
3. Established a data-driven evaluation framework to continuously optimize merchant and supply chain operations.
4. Promoted the implementation of automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
5. Facilitated cross-departmental collaboration to ensure backend feature iterations align with business goals and user needs.
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上产品运营、后台系统优化或运营效率提升相关经验。
2. 具备B端或中后台系统效率改进的成功案例，熟悉流程自动化方法论。
3. 擅长通过数据分析定位问题，并能提出系统性解决方案。
4. 英语流利，阿拉伯语能力优先（适应本地市场协作需求）。
5. 有中东市场（尤其是沙特）工作经验者优先考虑。

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in product operations, back-end system optimization, or operational efficiency improvement.
2. Proven track record of improving efficiency in merchant or CRM systems, with strong familiarity in process automation methodologies.
3. Skilled in identifying problems through data analysis and capable of proposing systematic solutions.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus (to meet local market collaboration needs).
5. Candidates with prior work experience in the Middle East market (especially Saudi Arabia) will be given preference.
