岗位职责:
1.服务解决方案落地:推动部门战略举措方案设计,并推动全球服务运营落地,确保部门战略目标达成。
Service Solution Implementation: Drive the design of departmental strategic initiatives and promote their global service operations implementation to ensure the achievement of departmental strategic goals.
2.资源协调:
协调跨团队资源,解决项目集执行中的问题与障碍。
协调服务团队资源(如质检、培训、交付和流程管理),确保运营顺畅。
推动服务职能的流程优化和标准化,提升整体效率与效果。
Resource Coordination:
Coordinate cross-team resources to resolve issues and obstacles during program execution.
Allocate resources within the service teams (e.g., quality assurance, training, delivery, and process management) to ensure smooth operations.
Drive process optimization and standardization across service functions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
3.项目集管理:
制定并执行项目集计划,确保各项目目标与业务战略一致。
管理项目集预算、资源分配和优先级,确保资源高效利用。
监控项目集进展,识别风险并制定应对策略,确保项目集目标达成。
Program Management:
Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment of project goals with business strategy.
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and priorities to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of program objectives.
任职要求:
本科及以上学历,项目管理、工商管理或相关领域。
3年以上项目管理或项目集管理经验,有服务运营背景者优先。
出色的领导力和团队协作能力,能够高效管理跨职能团队。
对服务运营(包括服务流程设计、质检、培训和交付流程)有深入理解。
强大的沟通和问题解决能力,能够应对复杂挑战。
熟练使用项目管理工具(如Jira、MS Project等)。
持有PMP、PgMP或类似认证者优先。
熟练的英文听说读写能力。
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project or program management, with a background in service operations preferred.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong understanding of service operations, including service process design, quality assurance, training, and delivery processes.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in English peaking, listening, reading, and writing.
