岗位职责:
1)策略制定:基于对业务目标的理解,搭建一线团队的薪资及绩效管理体系,包括规则和流程、产品能力建设
2)过程管理:以按时准确发薪为目标,负责入转调离系统管理、数据核算、内外部协同、付款审批等全链路
3)绩效复盘:定期复盘绩效策略执行效果,提出有针对性的解决方案并快速落地
Job Responsibilities
1.Strategy Formulation: Based on understanding of business objectives, develop the salary and performance management system for frontline teams, including rules and processes, as well as capability building of related systems.
2.Process Management: Ensure timely and accurate salary payment; manage the full cycle including employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, resignation in the system, data calculation, internal and external coordination, payment approval, etc.
3.Performance Review: Regularly review the implementation effect of performance strategies, propose targeted solutions and implement them quickly.
任职要求:
1)逻辑分析能力:善于界定问题、拆解问题,深度思考的意识和能力强;
2)统筹能力:有全局意识,沟通协同能力优秀,善于通过机制解决问题;
3)数据能力:熟练使用数据分析工具、具备SQL能力优先;
4)行业经验:对业务有高度敏感性,有绩效制定经验优先。
Job Requirements:
1.Logical analysis ability: Skilled in defining and breaking down problems, with strong awareness and capability of in-depth thinking.
2.Coordination ability: Possess a holistic perspective, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be good at solving problems through mechanisms.
3.Data ability: Proficient in using data analysis tools; SQL skills are preferred.
Industry experience: Highly sensitive to business operations; experience in performance system formulation is preferred.
