岗位职责：
1.负责制定并执行当地的市场拓展计划，实现地面商户的招募目标；
2.管理和指导团队成员，确保团队达成业绩目标；
3.负责与当地商户建立合作关系，促进业务增长；
4.负责监督和管理当地市场竞争情况，及时调整营销策略。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for developing and implementing local market expansion plans to achieve recruitment goals for ground merchants;
2. Manage and guide team members to ensure that the team achieves performance goals;
3. Responsible for establishing cooperative relationships with local merchants and promoting business growth;
4. Responsible for supervising and managing the local market competition situation, and adjusting marketing strategies in a timely manner.
任职要求：
1.大学专科以上学历；
2.至少2年相关业务开发或商户拓展经验；
3.具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通技巧；
4.具备较强的市场洞察力和商业敏感度。
Job Requirements：
1. College diploma or above;
2. At least 2 years of relevant business development or merchant expansion experience;
3. Possess excellent team management and communication skills;
4. Possess strong market insight and business sensitivity.
