任职要求:有相关数据技术或金融领域本科学历或同等专业经验;具备出色的客户服务技能,能同时处理和优先安排多个客户咨询和项目;有管理和支持关键账户的经验,帮助维护和改进与内容传播相关的定制系统;有信心与外部利益相关者建立战略技术和业务关系,能为账户制定自己的想法和策略;具备较强的人际交往能力,渴望直接与客户合作,为企业工作流程效率构建技术解决方案;在组织内有持续的职业发展;具备良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。

The Team:
The Content Acquisition (CA) team is an integral part of the Data department. We are responsible for managing, acquiring, and integrating content and data from exchanges, brokers, sell-side, buy-side, and other types of providers to drive the value of the Bloomberg Terminal and downstream enterprise products. We lead the governance, cost, and quality of the data we acquire, and we collaborate with the wider company to develop our data acquisition strategies ensuring we are aligning with the agendas of our key partners!
Within CA, our Research Technical Account Management team is responsible for acquiring and managing content which is then made available to our client base. For clients who use Bloomberg daily, having the ability to access this content in one place makes their workflow more efficient and helps them make more informed decisions. For the content providers, being able to deliver their content to a place where their clients actively operate, ensures greater market presence, and returns on their distribution effort.
The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Client Service team as a Research Technical Account Manager, based in the Shanghai office. Your role will be vital in supporting new and existing content partners, with a particular focus on the onshore China market. You will be handling incoming queries and technical issues, as well as proactively working with our partners to ensure their Research content is delivered in an accurate, timely and effective manner. To do this, you will need to build strong and lasting relationships with these institutions, have a deep understanding of the technology they use, their goals and challenges and offer outstanding support to them. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and other business areas to set company strategy around contributed content and ensure your account strategy is aligned with it.
Well trust you to:
Build strong relationships with content providers by understanding their technology, data goals, and technical challenges to deliver exceptional service
Partner with global account managers, technical specialists, relationship managers, and product managers to understand client data needs, identify market trends, and develop account strategies
Optimize data ingestion workflows by understanding internal and external data infrastructures to help content providers maintain data quality and improve content distribution
Develop expertise in Research content by leveraging business intelligence tools to identify trends, uncover gaps, and drive data acquisition and product enhancement opportunities
You'll need to have:
A Bachelors degree (or higher) in a relevant data technology or financial field, or equivalent professional experience
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple client queries and projects simultaneously
Experience managing and supporting key accounts, helping them maintain and improve custom systems related to content dissemination
The confidence to lead strategic technical and business relationships with external stakeholders and to develop your own ideas and strategies for your accounts
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work directly with customers and building technology solutions for enterprise-wide workflow efficiency
Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin
We'd love to see:
Knowledge of RIXML and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
Experience using data analysis tools such as QSEN and JIRA to identify opportunities for product, workflow, or content improvements
Prior experience working as a Technical Account Manager or Technical Client Services Specialist in a FinTech or tech-focused organization
