岗位职责：
1.负责制定并实施大客户开发策略，达成公司业务目标；
2.管理团队，指导团队成员开展客户拓展和维护工作；
3.负责与重要客户进行谈判和合作，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度；
4.负责监控销售数据和市场动态，及时调整销售策略。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing key customer development strategies to achieve company business goals;
2. Manage the team and guide team members to carry out customer expansion and maintenance work;
3. Responsible for negotiating and collaborating with important clients, maintaining customer relationships, and improving customer satisfaction;
4. Responsible for monitoring sales data and market trends, and adjusting sales strategies in a timely manner.
任职要求：
1.大学专科及以上学历，具备良好的商业管理、市场营销等相关专业知识；
2.至少3年以上业务开发/大客户管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先；
3.具备出色的沟通能力、谈判技巧和团队合作精神；
4.熟悉大客户合作流程，具有一定的市场分析能力和预测能力。
Job Requirements：
1. Hold a college diploma or above and possess excellent knowledge in business management, marketing, and other related fields;
2. At least 3 years of experience in business development/key account management, with priority given to team management experience;
3. Possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit;
4. Familiar with the process of collaborating with major clients, possessing certain market analysis and forecasting abilities.
