为了更好地提升城市即时配送的效率与体验，2017年，美团启动了无人机配送服务的探索，通过科技创新推动履约工具变革，加快建设空地协同的本地即时配送网络。
在过去的六年里，美团无人机完成了飞行器、自动化机场及智能调度系统的研发工作，实现了研发设计、生产制造、运营运维全链条布局，达成了城市复杂场景物流无人机高频次、高密度、多天时、多天侯运行。
2023年7月，美团无人机在上海发布了自主研发的第四代无人机，跟此前机型相比，新机型升级了环境适应能力，可在“零下20度至50度”的中雨、中雪、6级风、弱光等环境中稳定飞行，能够适应97%以上国内城市的自然环境要求。
截至2024年12月，美团无人机已在深圳、北京、上海、广州、南京、迪拜等城市开通53条航线，并累计完成订单超40万单。即时零售配送服务覆盖了办公、社区、景区、市政公园、校园、医疗、图书馆等多种场景。在医疗场景中，美团无人机可围绕医疗血液、检验样本、院前急救物资、特殊药品等医疗物资配送需求建设端到端的全天时急送网络。
岗位职责：
1. 负责无人机海外业务Keeta Drone的履约产品解决方案设计，为产品解决方案交付结果负责。
2. 深入挖掘当地客户需求，基于对场景特性、文化差异、数据分析，转化为洞察和产品迭代，并设定验证方法，及时回收效果。
3. 基于市场洞察、行业发展趋势和竞争分析制定有效的产品策略，保持产品竞争力。
What You’ll Do
1. Own the design of fulfillment product solutions for Keeta Drone Delivery Service and take full responsibility for solution delivery quality and business impact.
2. Deeply understand local customer needs and convert insights—derived from scenario characteristics, cultural differences, and data analysis—into actionable product iterations, along with clear validation methods and timely performance evaluation
3. Develop actionable product strategies based on market insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Ensure the product remains competitive in the market through continuous monitoring and innovation.
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历
2. 1-3年以上产品经理工作经验。有成功的履约产品或用户产品工作背景者优先。
3. 英语作为工作语言（可在会议、文档、跨团队沟通中熟练使用）。雅思7分以上优先。
4. 具备优秀的逻辑能力，可将复杂问题拆解成清晰可执行方案。
What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role. Experience with user-facing products or fulfillment/logistics/operations products is a strong plus.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language (meetings, documentation, cross-team communication).
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
