岗位职责:
1.负责销售数据的收集、整理与分析,定期输出销售分析报告,为业务决策提供数据支持;
2.参与搭建和维护销售数据看板,协助管理数据体系,提升数据管理效率和可视化水平;
3.协助主管进行销售管理数据的搭建、优化和日常维护,推动数据驱动的管理提效;
4.完成各类销售支持事务,包括但不限于数据统计、报表制作、流程优化及日常行政支持。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data, regularly outputting sales analysis reports, and providing data support for business decision-making;
2. Participate in building and maintaining sales data dashboards, assist in managing data systems, improve data management efficiency and visualization level;
3. Assist the supervisor in building, optimizing, and maintaining sales management data, and promote data-driven management efficiency;
4. Complete various sales support tasks, including but not limited to data statistics, report production, process optimization, and daily administrative support.
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,数据分析、统计、财务或相关专业优先;
2.1年及以上销售支持、数据分析或运营管理相关工作经验;
3.熟练使用数据分析及可视化工具,有数据看板建设经验优先;
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能高效支持跨部门协作。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in data analysis, statistics, finance, or related fields;
2.1 years or more of work experience in sales support, data analysis, or operational management;
3. Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools, experience in data dashboard construction is preferred;
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit, able to efficiently support cross departmental collaboration.
