岗位职责：
1.负责制定销售培训计划，包括培训内容、培训形式和培训周期等；
2.设计并实施销售技巧培训课程，帮助团队成员提升销售技能和业绩；
3.跟踪和评估销售团队的培训效果，及时调整培训方案；
4.协助销售团队解决实际销售问题，提供专业指导和支持。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for developing sales training plans, including training content, training format, and training period;
2. Design and implement sales skills training courses to help team members improve their sales skills and performance;
3. Track and evaluate the training effectiveness of the sales team, and adjust the training plan in a timely manner;
4. Assist the sales team in solving practical sales problems, provide professional guidance and support.
任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，相关专业优先；
2.具有2年以上的销售培训经验，熟悉销售流程和技巧；
3.具备优秀的沟通能力、团队管理能力和组织协调能力；
4.熟悉培训评估方法和工具，能够有效评估培训效果；
5.对销售行业有深入的了解，具有较强的销售实战经验。
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, relevant majors are preferred;
2. Have more than 2 years of sales training experience, familiar with sales processes and techniques;
3. Possess excellent communication skills, team management abilities, and organizational coordination skills;
4. Familiar with training evaluation methods and tools, able to effectively evaluate training effectiveness;
5. Have a deep understanding of the sales industry and strong practical experience in sales.
