岗位职责:
负责闪购业务履约全流程体验管理,覆盖从用户下单→商家接单→商品拣选(Picker)→打包→配送→送达→售后全链路,建立各环节的体验指标监控体系并推动持续优化
Responsible for the overall experience management of grocery fulfillment, covering the entire process from user ordering → merchant accepting order → item picking (Picker) → packaging → delivery → delivery confirmation → after-sales service, establishing an experience metric monitoring system for each link and driving continuous optimization

负责 Picker 定价策略的制定与优化,基于履约成本、市场、商家需求等多维因素,建立科学的定价模型并持续迭代
Responsible for formulating and optimizing Picker pricing strategies, based on multi-dimensional factors such as fulfillment costs, market competition, and merchant demands, to establish a scientific pricing model and continuously iterate

搭建 Picker 培训与考核体系,包括培训内容设计、考核标准制定、绩效评估与激励机制,提升履约团队专业能力与服务质量;组织巡店管理,定期深入一线商户,识别履约流程中的问题并推动优化
Establish a Picker training and assessment system, including training content design, assessment criteria formulation, performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms, to enhance the professional capabilities and service quality of the fulfillment team; organize store inspections, regularly visit frontline merchants, identify issues in the fulfillment process and drive optimization

建立并持续优化履约全链路核心指标监控体系,包括但不限于:订单取消率、准时率、缺货率、完单率、退款率、用户/商家满意度、投诉率等,快速定位异常并推动闭环解决
Establish and continuously optimize the core KPI monitoring system for fulfillment end-to-end process, including but not limited to: order cancellation rate, on-time rate, stock-out rate, completion rate, refund rate, user/merchant satisfaction, complaint rate, etc., quickly locate anomalies and drive closed-loop solutions

重点协同客服部门与配送部门,建立跨部门协同机制:对接客服团队推动客诉问题分类与根因分析,协同配送团队优化配送时效与履约效率,确保端到端的用户体验达标
Collaboratevwith Customer Service and Delivery Departments to establish cross-departmental mechanisms: interface with customer service teams to drive issue classification and root cause analysis, collaborate with delivery teams to optimize delivery timeliness and fulfillment efficiency, ensuring end-to-end user experience standards are met.
任职要求:
本科及以上,具备零售/电商/本地生活/即时零售/外卖行业3年以上运营经验,有履约、配送、仓储或门店管理经验,有外卖或闪购业态履约全流程运营经验者优先
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of operational experience in retail/e-commerce/local life/immediate retail/delivery industry, having experience in fulfillment, delivery, warehouse management or store management. Prior experience in full-cycle operations for delivery or grocery business is preferred

具备从0到1搭建运营体系的能力,熟悉培训体系设计、绩效考核方案制定及一线团队管理办法
Capable of building operational systems from scratch, familiar with training system design, performance evaluation plan formulation, and frontline team management methods

具备扎实的履约指标理解与数据分析能力,熟悉订单取消率、准时率、缺货率、完单率、退款率等核心履约指标的计算口径与优化手段,能通过数据定位问题环节并输出可执行的优化方案
Possessing a solid understanding of fulfillment metrics and data analysis capabilities, familiar with the calculation standards and optimization methods for core fulfillment indicators such as order cancellation rate, on-time rate, stockout rate, order completion rate, refund rate, etc., able to pinpoint problem areas through data and output executable optimization plans

具备较强的英语语言能力,可作为日常工作用语,能独立与商户、一线团队及内部跨部门进行英文沟通
Possess strong English language proficiency, capable of using it as a working language and able to communicate independently with merchants, frontline teams, and internal cross-departmental teams in English.

具备较强的执行力,能适应从0到1业务初期的快节奏工作,愿意深入一线解决问题,具备跨部门协同推动落地的能力
Demonstrate strong execution capabilities, adaptable to the fast-paced work environment during the initial phase of business development from scratch. Willing to delve deep into solving problems on the ground and possesses the ability to collaborate across departments to drive implementation.
