岗位职责:
As the primary point of contact for merchant product operations within the business team, the key responsibilities include:
1. Merchant Marketing Gameplay and Process Digitalization: Align with BD and merchant-side requirements regarding merchant marketing. Gain in-depth understanding of the pain points faced by the BD team in marketing campaign configuration and merchant marketing strategy execution. Propose product requirements for the platform marketing system and merchant marketing tools across the "recruitment-selection-configuration-deployment" lifecycle. Independently draft MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) for marketing playbooks and collaborate with the product and engineering teams to drive feature implementation and adoption, ultimately improving marketing efficiency and performance conversion.
2. Client & Compliance Management: Oversee the end-to-end merchant lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including process optimization for qualification reviews, fee rate approvals, contract signing, settlement reconciliation, and marketing compliance. Drive the implementation of system-side compliance control capabilities for clients, contracts, and approvals to mitigate business risks.
3. Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to marketing, contracting, and compliance, including project planning, task delegation, and execution. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with product, BD, legal, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.

商家营销玩法和流程线上化:对接BD和商家侧在商家营销上的诉求,深入理解BD团队在营销活动配置、商家营销策略落地中的实际痛点,输出平台营销系统和商家营销工具在“招-选-搭-投”上的产品需求;独立完成营销玩法的MRD撰写和产研团队的协同,实现功能落地和推广,推动营销效率提升和效果转化
2、客户及合规管理:负责商家从引入到退出中的资质审核、费率审批、合同签约、结算对账、营销合规等流程优化,推动系统侧客户、合同、审批等合规管控能力落地,降低业务风险。
3、项目管理:负责横向的营销、签约、合规等相关项目的策划、分工、实施,协同产品、BD、法务、财务等跨部门协作和目标达成
任职要求:
1. Minimum 5 years of product operations experience, with a background in B2B/B2C platform marketing or merchant operations.
2. Strong skills in MRD authorship and data analytics, able to make data-driven prioritization decisions on product requirements.
3. Proven ability to independently spearhead cross-functional projects (spanning R&D, BD, data, finance, and legal teams), with exceptional coordination and execution-driving capabilities.
4. Fluent English as a working language.
