岗位职责:
1.Lead rider experience research initiatives: independently design research questionnaires, optimize questionnaire content by aligning with the characteristics of the rider group and research objectives, and improve questionnaire response rates and validity rates; regularly produce rider experience research reports that clearly present the current status, trends, and improvement directions of rider experience, providing data support for departmental decision-making.
2.Guided by core indicators such as NPS, establish an indicator monitoring and analysis mechanism: track indicator fluctuations on a weekly/monthly basis, promptly identify anomalies and investigate the root causes.
3.For identified pain points in rider experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, product, and customer service departments to drive the development and implementation of solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement measures in enhancing rider experience.
任职要求:
1.Possess solid data analysis skills, capable of independently completing data extraction, cleaning, and analysis, and adept at identifying problems and opportunities from data;
2.Possess professional questionnaire design skills, able to create targeted and highly reliable/valid questionnaires based on research objectives, and have excellent report writing abilities;
3.Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively drive different teams to solve problems collaboratively, and have strong project execution capabilities and a results-oriented mindset;
4.Have empathy for the rider community, be able to think from the rider's perspective, understand the actual needs and pain points of riders in delivery fulfillment, and possess strong problem-solving skills and innovative awareness;
5.Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
