岗位职责：
1.协助业务负责人进行新开国的重点项目推进及进度管理工作，包括做好目标及关键任务拆解、资源协调、进度跟进、过程监控、风险识别等，对项目进度负责；
2.深入理解业务，识别组织效率、运营工具等领域的问题，开发适配阿曼的项目管理手册，明确跨团队协作SOP，提高决策及执行效率，提升组织效能；
3.设计并实施文化适配机制，建立多时区协作规范与本地化合规框架，制定敏感事项预案，保障跨国团队高效协同；
4.具备较强的团队合作精神、执行力及在快节奏环境中的工作能力，能够推动跨部门协作，并确保战略计划的高效执行。
1. Assist the business leader in promoting and managing the progress of key projects for the newly established country, including breaking down goals and key tasks, coordinating resources, following up on progress, monitoring processes, identifying risks, etc., and be responsible for project progress;
2. Gain a deep understanding of the business, identify issues in areas such as organizational efficiency and operational tools, develop a project management manual adapted to Oman, clarify cross team collaboration SOPs, improve decision-making and execution efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness;
3. Design and implement cultural adaptation mechanisms, establish multi time zone collaboration standards and local regulatory frameworks, develop contingency plans for sensitive issues, and ensure efficient collaboration among multinational teams;
4. Possess strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to promote cross departmental collaboration and ensure efficient execution of strategic plans.
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，7年以上工作经验，3年以上互联网/科技等行业公司项目管理经验；
2.有丰富项目管理和项目管理体系建设经验，有较强的逻辑思考能力、数据洞察和分析能力、复杂问题的发现和拆解能力；
3.有具备较强的团队合作精神、执行力及在快节奏环境中的工作能力，能够推动跨部门、跨时区协作，并确保战略计划的高效执行；
4.可将英文作为工作语言，具备良好的跨文化适应能力和敏感度，能够在多元文化环境中高效工作；
5.愿意深入国际化业务，进行跨国出差或外派。
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 7 years of work experience, more than 3 years of project management experience in Internet/technology and other industry companies;
2. Have rich experience in project management and project management system construction, strong logical thinking ability, data insight and analysis ability, and the ability to discover and dismantle complex problems;
3. Possess strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to promote cross departmental and cross time zone collaboration, and ensure efficient execution of strategic plans;
4. Able to use English as a working language, possessing good cross-cultural adaptability and sensitivity, and able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment;
5. Willing to delve into international business and engage in cross-border business trips or overseas assignments.
