岗位职责：
1. Conduct root-cause analysis on partner performance and provide actionable insights for partner KPI model design;
2. Implement monitoring systems for partner KPI performance with predictive risk modeling.
3. Partners' performance assessment results output and settlement.
任职要求：
1. Relevant experience in delivery budget & cost-efficiency analysis, or business insights for 3pl KPI performance.
2. Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI).
3. Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.
4.Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
