**Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Support:** Provide daily data extraction and processing services for projects initiated by business units and other operational teams.
2. **Data Products:** Develop and optimize data products (e.g., reports/dashboards) to monitor business performance and ensure operational continuity.
3. **Data Auditing:** Conduct daily performance calculations and data verification for business teams.
4. **Metrics Framework:** Collaborate with business units and operational teams to design and refine data metrics frameworks, addressing diverse analytical needs.
任职要求：
**Basic Requirements:**
1. 3+ years of data support experience;
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred;
3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, common data analysis tools, and office software.
4. Strong data sensitivity and ability to independently solve problems.
5. Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and fast learning agility.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic.
