岗位职责：
1. Develop different subsidy strategies based on the user lifecycle, build and iterate operational tools, and achieve business objectives.
2. Independently execute operational plans, conduct data analysis, and review and optimize experimental initiatives.
3. Collaborate with BA, PM, and R&D teams to coordinate resources and drive the implementation of operational strategies and product launches.
4. Monitor competitors and identify business growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.
任职要求：
1. Strong learning ability, responsible, and highly execution-driven.
2. Excellent logical thinking and sensitivity to data, with strong skills in data acquisition and analysis.
3. Internship experience in user operations,PM, or BA at a internet company.
4. Fluent in English (spoken and written), able to use English as a working language.
