岗位职责:
1. Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand organizational structure, team dynamics, role requirements and key business drivers — translating this into targeted, insight-driven recruiting strategies.

2. Build and own talent maps for key functions and markets. Proactively identify, research and track high-potential candidates through systematic market mapping, competitive intelligence and talent landscaping — maintaining living pipelines before roles open, not after.

3. Drive deep, authentic candidate engagement. Go beyond selling a role — invest in understanding candidates' motivations, career drivers and cultural fit through ongoing relationship-building. Create a candidate experience that reflects Keeta's brand and makes top talent want to join.

4. Own the end-to-end recruiting process with rigor: from intake alignment and JD calibration, through sourcing, screening, assessment, offer negotiation, to onboarding handoff — ensuring consistency, speed and quality at every stage.

5. Lead hiring calibration and decision-making with business partners; own offer structuring and negotiation with confidence and commercial awareness.

6. Leverage data to diagnose bottlenecks, track pipeline health and continuously improve funnel efficiency — bringing proactive insights to stakeholders rather than reactive reporting.

7. Champion recruiting best practices across the organization — enabling hiring managers and interviewers to raise the bar on assessment quality and decision-making.

8. Contribute to or lead cross-functional TA/HR initiatives as business needs evolve.
任职要求:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, with demonstrated expertise in talent mapping and proactive pipeline development
• Proven track record recruiting for complex, senior-level or hard-to-fill roles in international or cross-border contexts
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills — able to build trust with passive candidates over time, not just transactional outreach
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, from sourcing strategy through offer close
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools; data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
• High level of discretion and professionalism
