我们于2023年从中国香港起步,不到一年便成为当地行业的领跑者。紧接着,我们在2024年快速进入沙特阿拉伯,现已覆盖20余城。今年我们继续提速,在短短40天内接连开拓卡塔尔、科威特和阿联酋,并于近期登陆巴西,以桑托斯和圣维森特为试点,迈向更多目的地。
岗位职责:
1. 负责分析并优化销售团队的业务流程,推动线上化和标准化,提升销售管理效率和业绩达成。Responsible for analyzing and optimizing sales team business processes, driving digitalization and standardization to improve sales management efficiency and performance.
2. 深入了解销售团队的日常工作场景和需求,推动CRM及相关工具的产品化迭代。Gain in-depth understanding of daily sales team operations and needs, and promote productization and iteration of CRM and related tools.
3. 建立销售流程标准化机制,提升流程管控和数据透明度。Establish standardized sales process mechanisms to improve process control and data transparency.
4. 持续收集销售团队反馈,与多个团队协作,推动方案高效落地并不断优化。Continuously collect feedback from the sales team, collaborate with mutiple teams, and drive efficient implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.
5. 主动开展汇报与培训等事项,帮助团队快速理解并执行。Proactively conduct reporting and training to ensure team adoption and execution.
任职要求:
1. 具备5年以上销售运营/销售管理或者产品/产品经验,熟悉销售团队工作职责。5+ years of experience in sales operations/sales management or product/product operations, familiar with sales team task and responsibilities .
2. 有项目管理能力,能够设计和推动工具及流程落地。Project management skills, able to design and drive the implementation of tools and processes.
3. 具备较强的英语沟通能力,可作为工作语言与海外团队协作。Strong English communication skills, able to use English as a working language for collaboration with overseas teams.
4. 熟悉销售运营、流程优化、项目管理相关的企业方法论。Familiar with sales operations, process optimization, and project management.
