岗位职责:
负责闪购业务用户端、商家端、履约端及 Picker 端全链路产品的业务策略制定与落地推进,统筹各端产品需求优先级,推动从需求定义到上线交付的全流程闭环
Responsible for the business strategy formulation and implementation of end-to-end products for grocery users side, merchants side, delivery side and Picker side Coordinate the priority of product requirements across all ends and drive a full-cycle process from requirement definition to上线 delivery.
主导品类库与商品库从0到1的搭建,设计商品信息标准化体系与数据模型,建立商品全生命周期管理流程,确保品类架构可扩展、数据质量可控
Led the从零到1 construction of category库 and item库, designed the standardized system for item information and data models, established a lifecycle management process for items, ensuring scalable category architecture and controllable data quality.
深入理解技术架构与系统能力,能独立与技术团队进行方案评审与技术可行性评估,推动业务需求高效落地,必要时能参与产品原型设计与技术方案对齐
Deeply understand the technical architecture and system capabilities, independently conduct solution reviews and technical feasibility assessments with technical teams, drive efficient implementation of business requirements, and participate in product prototype design and technical alignment when necessary.
基于业务数据驱动产品迭代决策,建立核心业务指标监控体系,通过数据分析定位产品与运营瓶颈,输出产品优化方案并推动跨团队协作落地
Leverage business data to drive product iteration decisions, establish core business metric monitoring systems, identify product and operational bottlenecks through data analysis, generate product optimization proposals, and facilitate cross-team collaboration for implementation.

任职要求:
本科及以上,具备3年以上互联网产品或产品运营经验,有零售电商/本地生活服务/闪购/即时零售业态经验,有从0到1搭建产品或业务体系经验者优先
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Internet products or product operations, preferably with experience in retail e-commerce/local life services/groceries/immediate retail sectors, and prior experience in building product or business systems from scratch is a plus
技术理解力强:熟悉互联网产品技术架构(前端/后端/数据链路),能与研发团队高效沟通技术方案,具备一定的技术方案评审能力,有技术背景(计算机/软件工程/数据分析等)或技术产品经理经验者优先
Strong technical understanding: Familiar with the technical architecture of internet products (frontend/backend/data linkages), able to communicate technical solutions efficiently with R&D teams, possesses certain capability in reviewing technical solutions, and prior experience with a technical background (computer science/software engineering/data analysis, etc.) or as a technical product manager is preferred.
产品能力扎实:熟悉产品全生命周期管理,能独立完成需求分析、PRD撰写、原型设计、数据埋点规划及效果复盘,有用户端/商家端/履约端至少两端的完整产品经验
Solid product capabilities: Familiar with the entire product lifecycle management, able to independently complete requirement analysis, PRD writing, prototype design, data point planning and effect review, with full product experience in at least two of user side/merchant side/fulfillment side
