岗位职责:
1. Strategic Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Target and penetrate top-tier restaurant groups. Develop bespoke entry strategies and value propositions to win over strategic brand partners and achieve aggressive expansion targets.
2. C-Level Relationship Management: Establish and nurture deep-rooted partnerships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Act as a trusted consultant to align Keeta’s ecosystem with their brand DNA.
3. End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire process from initial pitch and complex contract negotiation to seamless onboarding. Ensure every milestone is met with precision and operational excellence.
4. Performance & Operational Excellence: Monitor portfolio operations (service quality, availability, profitability) and provide ongoing strategic consultation. Lead the team to consistently meet or exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct in-depth business analysis and market mapping. Use data to identify pain points for premium partners and craft ROI-focused delivery solutions that drive brand scale and user stickiness.
6. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing, Logistics, and Product teams to manage promotions, campaign planning, and service iterations. Act as a critical bridge to ensure a 5-star delivery experience for high-end merchants.
7. Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT/Copilot/internal AI platforms) to enhance daily work efficiency and promote the implementation of AI tools within the team.
任职要求:
1. Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Strategic BD, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably within the F&B, E-commerce, or premium lifestyle sectors. Proven track record of consistently surpassing assigned sales targets and winning high-value strategic accounts.
2. Highly Organized & Methodical: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams. You thrive on clear plans, deadlines, and systematic follow-ups.
3. Result-Oriented & Goal-Driven: A "hunter" mindset with an obsession for KPIs. You are highly passionate, energetic, and capable of inspiring others to achieve exceptional results.
4. Problem-Solving Mastery: Above-average ability to navigate complex roadblocks in a competitive environment. You are a solution-provider who finds innovative ways to overcome challenging business barriers.
5. Analytical & Numerical Acumen: Strong data-driven approach to support effective decision-making. Able to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights that influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Communication & Influence: Exceptional command of professional and fluent English is mandatory to articulate complex concepts and effectively influence C-suite stakeholders with additional languages considered a bonus.
7. Have a curiosity about AI technology, actively explore new tools and drive team adoption.
