岗位职责：
1. 整体负责商家指标运营相关的产品运营。Overall responsible for product operations related to merchant metrics.
2. 收集并深度理解商家需求和运营管理的需求，了解行业内通用产品解决方法。将商家需求和运营需求提炼成业务运营方案和产品方案。产出完整的商家指标产品的整体产品规划和业务运营规划。Collect and deeply understand merchant needs and operational management requirements, comprehend common product solutions within the industry. Refine merchant and operational needs into business operation plans and product solutions. Produce comprehensive overall product planning and business operation planning for merchant indicator products.
3. 基于数据分析，明确运营目标，定义运营中各个数据指标的设定。Based on data analysis, clarify operational objectives and define the setting of various data indicators in operations.
4. 通过与各个团队深度合作，推进产品方案上线，并基于产品方案负责业务侧持续的运营管理。Collaborate deeply with various teams, promote the launch of product solutions, and be responsible for continuous operational management on the business side based on the product solutions.
任职要求：
1. 有至少三年的产品运营经验。熟悉从产品开发、产品运营、到产品迭代的标准内部流程。At least three years of product operation experience. Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration.
2. 对电商平台商家侧业务较为熟悉。熟悉外卖行业者优先。熟悉商家指标运营者优先。Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations.
3. 对于商家运营工作有深刻的理解。Have a profound understanding of merchant operations.
4. 对数据敏感，有非常出色的逻辑能力。具备优秀的方案规划能力。Sensitive to data with outstanding logical abilities. Possesses excellent program planning skills.
5. 具备非常出色的沟通和跨团队协作能力，通过整合资源与不同的业务部门合作共赢。Possesses excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, achieving win-win results by integrating resources and cooperating with different business departments.
6. 可用中文和英语作为工作语言。Can use Chinese and English as working languages.
