岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities

1.Target Management and Performance Tracking: Assist the business leader in setting and breaking down team sales targets, establish mechanisms for goal tracking and analysis, monitor and report sales data and performance to ensure the achievement of team goals.
2.Training Support: Plan and organize various training sessions for the sales team according to business needs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills training—driving continuous improvement of team capabilities.
3.Culture Building & Team Atmosphere: Support the business leader in cultivating a positive team culture, organize team-building activities, experience sharing, and incentive events to enhance team cohesion and sense of belonging.
4.Process and System Optimization: Help optimize sales operation processes and related policies, continuously improve workflow modes, and enhance team collaboration quality and efficiency.
5.Data Analysis and Decision Support: Collect, organize, and analyze business-related data; provide business insights and reporting to support decision making and the optimization of sales strategies.
6.Cross-Department Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between the business leader and the sales team, promote collaboration among sales, technical, product, and other teams to ensure smooth information flow and successful project delivery.
7.Team Support and Daily Management: Provide daily support to team members, assist in solving work-related challenges, resource allocation, and task coordination, ensuring efficient team operations.
任职要求:
Job Requirements

1.At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, training support, or team management; experience in B2B business, internet, or technical roles is preferred.
2.Background in data analysis or business analysis (BA experience preferred), able to use data insights to optimize business processes and support decision making.
3.Solid skills in target management and team service awareness, able to drive performance achievement and ongoing process optimization.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, efficiently organizing training and team culture activities to foster team growth.
5.Proficient in office software, able to independently complete data reports, training materials, and process documentation.
6.Proactive, highly responsible, with strong teamwork spirit and cross-departmental collaboration awareness.
7.Native-level Portuguese; good English communication skills, capable of supporting international team collaboration.
