岗位职责：
1. Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the PC machining workshop, ensuring the smooth execution of production schedules.
2. Develop production plans and process flows to guarantee product quality and adherence to delivery timelines.
3. Coordinate activities across departments to ensure seamless production workflow.
4. Lead staff training and team-building initiatives to enhance the team's execution capabilities and cohesion.
任职要求：
1. College diploma or above, preferably in Logistics or Logistics Operations.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in PC processing management, with strong team leadership and coordination skills.
3. Thorough understanding of PC processing production workflows, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Demonstrated high level of responsibility.
5. English proficiency sufficient for daily operational communication.
