岗位职责:
1.Channel Operations & Strategy:Manage day-to-day operations across partnership channels; identify user profiles and behaviors by channel; design differentiated commercial and subsidy strategies to meet business targets.
2.Value Assessment & ROI Framework:Build a systematic evaluation framework for channel performance and growth potential; quantify incremental ROI for each partnership channel using data-driven analysis.
3.Growth Strategy Design:Develop channel growth strategies leveraging subsidies, campaigns, and co-promotions; drive sustainable growth across all partnership channels.
4.Market & Competitive Intelligence:Monitor competitor strategies and key market players; identify business growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above; 3–5 years of experience in internet user growth, channel operations, or partnerships.
2.Data-driven mindset; proficient in analytical tools and methodologies; able to independently manage the full cycle of strategy design → experiment → review → iteration.
3.Native-level Arabic proficiency required, with strong English communication skills.
4.Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, local market dynamics, and cultural context.
5.Strong communication and project management skills; proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
