岗位职责：
Core Objective: Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with warehouse fulfillment needs. Manage drivers and vendors to optimize costs and support business growth.
On-Time Performance: Monitor daily driver performance and arrival punctuality to ensure fulfillment schedules are met.
Damage & Competency Management: Minimize transport-related cargo damage and enhance driver skills through effective supervision and training.
Cost & Adaptability: Demonstrate strong adaptability in handling operational contingencies while maintaining strict control over transportation costs.
Vendor & Resource Management: Effectively manage drivers and third-party vendors; leverage local resources to facilitate business development.
