岗位职责：
1- Responsible for daily transport scheduling between warehouses and service stations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of delivery tasks.
2- Develop and optimise transport plans and route arrangements to enhance vehicle utilisation and transport efficiency.
3- Coordinate drivers, vehicles, loading/unloading resources, and promptly address transport anomalies (delays, vehicle breakdowns, cargo damage, etc.).
4- Monitor delivery order execution to ensure timeliness and service quality meet company standards.
5- Establish and maintain transport ledgers and dispatch records, regularly producing analytical reports on transport data.
6- Oversee third-party transport service providers' performance to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual requirements.
7- Maintain seamless communication with relevant departments including warehousing and fulfilment centres to ensure coordinated supply chain operations.
任职要求：
1- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
2- Minimum three years' experience in transport dispatch or logistics operations; candidates with warehouse-to-store/front-end warehouse distribution management experience preferred.
3- Familiarity with transport dispatch procedures and relevant regulations; understanding of general merchandise retail distribution characteristics and temperature control requirements advantageous.
4- Strong adaptability, organisational coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
5- Proficient in office software and Transport Management Systems (TMS), with strong data analysis capabilities.
6- Excellent communication and team management skills, capable of maintaining high efficiency in fast-paced environments.
7- Able to adapt to high-intensity operations during peak seasons and periods, with the capacity to handle unexpected anomalies and resolve issues.
8- fluent in either English or Arabic as a working language.
